Shipping policy
Lucaso Signs as manufacturing company does not stock any final product. When order is received with final customer approval, production begins, our production time frame is within 15 business days excluding any corrections, approvals, permits (if any) requested by customer. Shipping time vary depending location and service provided, normally 3-7 days within US Continental States.
Our standard production time is between 10 to 18 business days following California State Calendar, under regular circumstances excluding possible delays caused due to raw material shortage on the market (Unless specified for specific projects). Rush production is offered as additional service with time between 4-6 business days detailed on your invoice. Delivery Time is calculated from production + shipping + installation times (when required), shipping method may affect delivery dates due to carriers, freight shipments use to be slower than regular currier/express services as FeDex or UPS.

Lucaso Signs offers limited warranties. Only Under Manufacturing or Installation done by our staff up to 3 years excluding weather, natural disasters or physical damages caused for third parties. All Electrical and Electronic parts are covered by Lucaso Signs up to 1 year or following electrical part manufacturer specs, Lucaso Signs covers its warranty limited to 1 year on LED modules, LED Fixtures, Digital Boards, Power Supplies, Timers and any other electric or electronic devices used to complete sign function.
Durability on digital printing, composites, plastics, foams or other sign material varies depending on scope of project, to be specified on the quotation.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty. Problems with installation and issues of consumer damage done by third-parties, power supplies and leds are shipped out previously tested during assembling, any malfunction on power supplies or leds requires an investigation at Lucaso Signs facilities, Foam Products are not covered under any warranty besides fabrication defects. “All production orders are detailed inspected and tested prior shipping, and/or after installation executed by Lucaso Signs to ensure its quality condition”.
If warranty claim for malfunction or damages due to shipping is requested, it should be placed within 10 calendar days after delivery, fabrication defects and/or malfunctions requires evidence for proper investigation by Lucaso Signs. If 10 days have gone from delivery/installation date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an immediate warranty coverage, refund or exchange. If so, product needs to be shipped back to our facilities for an inspection based on manufacturing defects or third-party damages (not covered). Shipping cost is on customer's expense if 10 days of initial delivery already passed, Physical damages due to shipping should be reported immediately to Lucaso Signs Customer service, we will place a formal claim with the Carrier Company (Shipments are insured under invoice value) Lucaso Signs will review and investigate the damages for a partial or total replacement free of charge to customer if evidence damages were due to shipping. If so, product or part will be manufactured within 12 business days. To complete damages report due to shipping we need the following information: pictures of: 1- Shipping Label with Tracking Number 2- Damages on Package 3- Damages on product 4- Send all pictures and additional information with Invoice or Order information to customer@lucasosigns.com
Abandoned Orders: ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE APPLIED FOR UNCLAIMED ORDERS AFTER 90 DAYS. 90 DAYS POLICY: After 90 days of no contact from customer with either instructions, artwork approval, files, or unclaimed orders will be considered as Abandoned order creating additional fees as design fee, storage fees and warranty expiration. Lucaso Signs may dispose of unclaimed orders.
