RETURNS
Lucaso Signs Llc offer final sales only (No refunds will be granted after order is Placed). Your purchase may qualify and can be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and reported by sending an email to customer@lucasosigns.com with order/invoice number. To complete your return we need clear pictures of the product, shipping slip picture and Original Packing. Any item on not original condition, original package, damaged or missing parts for caused for third parties, or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A WARRANTY and/or RETURN Qualification.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item not in its original condition, original package, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for a Refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
